What Rate Twice is — and isn’t
Rate Twice is an online comparison and referral service. We help you request and compare auto insurance offers from a network of licensed carriers and comparison partners. We are not an insurance company, agency, or broker, we do not sell, bind, or issue insurance, and we do not provide insurance, legal, or financial advice. Any policy you obtain is solely between you and the carrier.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
How the Service works
When you submit a request, we share the information you provide with carriers and partners who may present offers or contact you. Any quotes, rates, coverages, and offers are provided by third parties, are estimates unless confirmed by the carrier, and are subject to the carrier’s underwriting, eligibility, and verification. We do not guarantee that you will receive any offer, or that any offer or rate will be available, accurate, or the lowest available.
Consent to be contacted
By submitting a quote request, you consent to be contacted by Rate Twice and our carriers and partners by phone, text, and email, including through automated means, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information in our forms.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and your own personal, non-commercial insurance needs.
- Not misuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
